We come alongside of you to facilitate discipleship opportunities, leadership development, planning, executive operations, and more. We begin by taking the time to understand your leadership, doctrine, and needs, then help to develop a plan and implementation.
Our Orchestrating Minister, Jay Stearley, M.B.A., M.A., is available to support you. He loves Jesus and others and has over 20 years of pastoral leadership experience.
Jay is a bi-vocational minister with IAM and AG. He has helped over thirty ministries through Upwards Forward, Slingshot Group, and CDF. Jay is also an adjunct professor of strategic management in the business college at The University of Nevada, Reno, and works with in-need students through the Washoe County School District in N. Nevada. Two ministry books he has written are: Begin and Bloom.
